Why We Like It The IWC Aquatimer Date IW354805 is the second generation of IWC’s line of diving watches, the Aquatimer. This version of the Aquatimer takes the more tool watch look of the previous GST Aquatimer and evolves it into a more polished watch. This generation of Aquatimer also debuted the inner rotating dive bezel with eliminates the chances of the bezel turning during a dive. This stainless steel variant has a polished brushed steel look which is just stunning. While being a great looking timepiece, this Aquatimer also boasts serious diving chops with a 1000 meter water resistance.
Notes This Aquatimer Date IW354805 comes doubled boxed with genuine IWC boxes. The inner box is starting to deteriorate and flake, like all boxes from this era of IWC. The bracelet will tightly fit a wrist of up to 7.5”. The watch has just been polished by our watchmaker and is in excellent condition except for the noted issues. Very small nick on the bezel around 38 minute marker (See image #8), small nicks on the bottom side of the case (See image #9), small chip to the crystal at the 11 minute marker (See image #10). These images are very high resolution and make the issues seem worse, please see other images and videos for how they normally appear, just being as transparent as possible. Watch is keeping good time of -7 to -8 seconds per day on our timegrapher.
