DescriptionThe Tudor Pelagos, reference M25600TB-0001, is a robust diving instrument engineered for underwater exploration. Encased in a 42mm blend of titanium and steel, it presents a satin finish for both durability and a muted aesthetic. A unidirectional rotating bezel, crafted from titanium and fitted with a matt blue ceramic disc, allows for precise dive time measurement. The bezel's graduations are filled with luminescent material, ensuring legibility in low-light conditions. Complementing the bezel is a blue dial, punctuated by white indices and a date aperture at the 3 o'clock position. A sapphire crystal, renowned for its scratch resistance, protects the dial and offers a clear view. Powering the Pelagos is the Manufacture Calibre MT5612, a self-winding mechanical movement certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) for exceptional accuracy. This movement, equipped with a bidirectional rotor system, boasts an impressive power reserve of approximately 70 hours.

Further enhancing its dive-ready credentials, the Pelagos features a screw-down titanium winding crown, adorned with the Tudor logo in relief, and a helium escape valve positioned at 9 o'clock. This valve allows for the safe release of helium molecules that may penetrate the watch during saturation dives, preventing damage. The watch is engineered to withstand depths of up to 500 meters (1,640 feet), making it suitable for professional diving activities. It is secured to the wrist by a titanium bracelet with a folding clasp and safety catch, crafted from steel. This bracelet incorporates a unique extension system, developed and patented by Tudor, allowing for fine adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit over a diving suit. Additionally, the watch is supplied with a complimentary blue rubber strap, complete with a buckle and an extra extension piece.
