With a thickness of 11.9mm, the case strikes a balance between robustness and wearability. The watch is equipped with a unidirectional rotatable bezel crafted from steel, featuring a 60-minute graduated disc in a muted black anodized aluminum. Adding a touch of elegance, the markings and numerals on the bezel are rendered in a subtle pink-gilded hue. Protecting the black, domed dial is a domed sapphire crystal, ensuring clarity and resilience against scratches.

At the heart of the Black Bay 58 beats the Manufacture Calibre MT5402, a self-winding mechanical movement with a bidirectional rotor system, certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) for exceptional accuracy. This movement boasts an impressive power reserve of approximately 70 hours. A screw-down winding crown, fashioned from steel and adorned with the Tudor rose in relief, ensures water resistance to a depth of 200 meters (660 feet). Completing the watch's aesthetic is a black and beige fabric strap, accented by a gold-colored band and secured with a buckle.
