DescriptionThe Sinn 910 Eintracht, reference 910.031, is a specialized chronograph developed to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Eintracht Frankfurt. Mechanically, the watch is powered by the Sinn SZ05 movement, a self-winding mechanism that incorporates 26 bearing jewels. Its operational frequency is 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour, contributing to the precise measurement of elapsed time. A seconds stop function is integrated, enabling accurate time setting. The movement also adheres to DIN 8309 standards for anti-magnetism, safeguarding its performance in environments with magnetic fields. Sinn states that the SZ05 represents their in-house design efforts, reconfiguring the traditional chronograph layout. Rather than using the more common 30 minute counter, this model gives a 60-minute stopwatch display located at the 3 o'clock position. The design of the movement allows the user the read the elapsed minutes without mental addition that a 30 min counter requires.
The case, constructed from polished and satinized stainless steel, measures 41.5 mm in diameter and 15.6 mm in thickness. The lug width is 22mm. The front crystal is sapphire, treated with an anti-reflective coating on both surfaces to enhance readability. The case back is also constructed from sapphire, but it utilizes only an internal anti-reflective coating. This transparent back allows for a viewing the movement inside. The case is water-resistant and pressure-resistant to 10 bar, and is classified low pressure resistant. And the case back is screw fastened. The dial is matt-silk black, with numerals and indices coated with a luminescent material for visibility in darkness. The hour and minute hands are also treated with the same. The chronograph function includes highlighted 45-minute, gloss black indicator on the 60 minute counter, providing a visual reference related to the sport. Stop minute and second hands are finished in a contrasting gloss red. The watch meets all technical criteria for water resistance in accordance to DIN 8310 standards. The dry weight of the watch head, without a strap, is officially listed at 93 grams.
