Its construction centers around a polished stainless steel case, measuring 28 mm in diameter and 9 mm in thickness. A defining characteristic is the decorative ring, crafted from polished 18-carat yellow gold, adding a layer of refinement to the watch's overall design. This case, excluding the strap, weighs 32 grams. The integration of sapphire crystal glass, treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides, protects the dial. An additional sapphire crystal, anti-reflective on its interior, forms the transparent, screw-fastened case back, showcasing the movement within. The watch adheres to the DIN 8310 standard, ensuring water and pressure resistance up to 20 bar, along with resistance to low-pressure environments.

Powering the 456 TW 12 is the SW 100 self-winding mechanical movement.
