DescriptionThe Sinn 103 Ti Ar, reference 103.071, is a pilot's chronograph meticulously engineered for durability and functionality. Its core construction centers around a bead-blasted case crafted from pure titanium, chosen for its high strength-to-weight ratio and hypoallergenic properties. This material choice results in a case diameter of 41mm and a case thickness of 17.2 mm, yet the watch weighs only 69 grams without the strap. The attached strap is a sand-colored canvas leather, secured with a bead-blasted titanium pin buckle that matches the case. This makes it wear comfortable on the wrist. The case back is screw-fastened to help achieve its water and pressure resistance.

Powering the 103 Ti Ar is the Concepto C99001, a self-winding mechanical movement. It features 25 bearing jewels and operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour (4 Hz), contributing to the smooth sweep of the seconds hand. A seconds stop function (hacking) allows for precise time setting. The movement is also anti-magnetic, complying with DIN 8309 standards, ensuring resistance to magnetic fields encountered in various environments. Functionally, the watch provides hour, minute, and subsidiary seconds displays, along with a date and day of the week display. The chronograph complication allows for measuring elapsed time, with centrally mounted stopwatch seconds and chronograph subdials.
