DescriptionThe Sinn 155 S Revolution II, reference 155.041, represents a modern interpretation of a classic pilot chronograph design, paying homage to historical models while integrating advanced materials and construction techniques. Developed in partnership with Revolution magazine, this special edition is strictly limited to 300 units. The watch maintains the quintessential 43mm case diameter found in its predecessors, providing a substantial yet traditional presence on the wrist. The case itself is constructed from bead-blasted stainless steel, enhancing its matte, tool-watch aesthetic.

A core enhancement is the application of Sinn's proprietary TEGIMENT technology, combined with a Black Hard Coating. This dual-layer treatment considerably improves the watch's scratch resistance compared to standard stainless steel, vital for withstanding daily wear. The bidirectional pilot's bezel, also treated with TEGIMENT and Black Hard Coating, features a minute scale for precise timing calculations. Unlike earlier iterations that use acrylic, reference 155.041 benefits from a sapphire crystal glass that is anti-reflective on both sides. Powering the watch is the SW 510, a self-winding mechanical movement with 27 bearing jewels, beating at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour (4 Hz). This movement provides hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds, and chronograph functions, including a central stopwatch second hand and a 30-minute counter. The movement also has a seconds stop function for precise time setting. This movement meets antimagnetic property as stated in standard DIN 8309. The watch is water and pressure resistant to 10 bar and maintains functionality at low pressures, conforming with the technical standards specified in DIN 8310. The case back is solid, screw-fastened with the 155.041 model. The overall design of the watch is 14.75 mm in case thickness, and the weight is 80 grams without the strap. The matte black dial features the "Revolution Star" using black luminescent color. The numerals are coated in a contrasting luminescent for readability. The Hour, minute and stopwatch second hand are all also luminescent. The band lug width is 20mm.
