DescriptionThe Sinn EZM 13.1, reference 613.011, is a purpose-built diving chronograph meticulously engineered for professional use. Its core functionality revolves around the modified SINN chronograph movement SZ02, a self-winding mechanism operating at 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour. A distinguishing technical feature is the 60-minute stopwatch display, replacing the more common 30-minute counter, directly integrated at the 6 o'clock position for enhanced legibility of elapsed time. This watch adheres to anti-magnetic properties, meeting the DIN 8309 standards, ensuring consistent performance. The movement incorporates a seconds stop function, permitting precise time setting. The movement contains 26 bearing jewels.

The watch's 41mm diameter case, constructed from bead-blasted stainless steel, is engineered to withstand extreme pressures. It's certified by an independent institute as water-resistant and pressure-resistant to a diving depth of 500 meters (50 bar), meeting the requirements specified in DIN 8310 and further validated according to European diving equipment standards EN 250 / EN14143. A screw-fastened, nickel-free case back and screwable crown contribute to its robust water resistance. The front features a sapphire crystal glass, treated with an anti-reflective coating on both sides to maximize visibility under various lighting conditions.
