It combines a tourbillon movement for exceptional timekeeping with a unique g-sensor functionality to measure the force generated during a golf swing.

The centerpiece of the watch is the manual winding tourbillon caliber RM38-01. This highly technical movement boasts a skeletonized architecture with asymmetrical flying bridges and plates, all crafted from grade 5 titanium with PVD treatment. This combination ensures rigidity, flatness, and resistance for the intricate components, while also showcasing the watch's mechanical artistry. The movement boasts a 48-hour power reserve, ensuring continuous operation for nearly two days between windings.

The most distinctive feature of the RM 38-01 Bubba Watson is its integrated g-sensor. This innovative technology, a world first from Richard Mille, is housed beneath the 12 o'clock position on the dial. The miniature sensor, comprised of over 50 individual parts condensed within a mere 17mm space, is able to measure and record up to 20 G's of force.
