At the heart of the RM 037 lies the Calibre CRMA1, a skeletonized automatic-winding movement designed and manufactured in-house by Richard Mille. The power reserve of the Calibre CRMA1 is approximately 50 hours, ensuring the watch continues to operate seamlessly even after being removed from your wrist for a short period.

The skeletonized baseplate and bridges of the Calibre CRMA1 are constructed from grade 5 titanium, a biocompatible material known for its exceptional strength and rigidity. These components are subjected to rigorous microblasting and electroplasma treatments, ensuring a level of surface flatness that is critical for the optimal performance of the gear train. The meticulous attention to detail extends to the oversized date display, which utilizes two skeletonized calendar discs positioned beneath a white field for enhanced legibility.
