DescriptionThe Richard Mille RM 35-01 Rafael Nadal is a wristwatch designed to embody the unwavering determination and physical prowess of the tennis champion Rafael Nadal. The watch features a skeletonized manual winding movement, the RMUL3 caliber, which is crafted from grade 5 titanium and features a black PVD surface treatment. This movement boasts exceptional shock resistance, having been tested to withstand forces exceeding 5,000 g's. The RMUL3 caliber contains 24 jewels and beats at a frequency of 4 Hz, offering a power reserve of 55 hours thanks to its double-barrel system.

The RM 35-01's case is constructed from Carbon TPT®, a high-tech material composed of numerous layers of woven carbon filaments, each only 30 microns thick. These layers are stacked and oriented at alternating 45-degree angles, imbuing the case with exceptional rigidity in all directions. The intricate layering of the Carbon TPT® also results in a unique, almost damascene-like aesthetic on the surface of each timepiece, as the underlying carbon structures are gradually revealed during the finishing process. The case is water-resistant to 50 meters.
