DescriptionThe RM 07-04 Automatic Winding Sport is a timepiece designed with the specific needs of female athletes in mind. It merges ergonomics and ultralight weight with exceptional performance, durability, and a unique blend of skeletonization and architectural aesthetics.

Central to the watch's design is the caliber CRMA8, a skeletonized automatic movement offering hours, minutes, and a function selector. Crafted from grade 5 titanium with black PVD and electroplasma treatments, the baseplate and bridges of the movement are exceptionally rigid and boast a precise surface flatness, both crucial for the smooth operation of the gear train. This biocompatible, corrosion-resistant, and remarkably rigid alloy is 90% grade 5 titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. Notably, these components are satin-finished, microblasted, and beveled by hand, and have undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet strict strength requirements.

The movement boasts a free-sprung balance with variable inertia, which enhances shock resistance and chronometric performance. This type of balance wheel eliminates the need for a regulator index, instead employing four adjustable small weights positioned directly on the balance for improved calibration precision and repeatability. A function selector, akin to a car's gearbox, allows for effortless selection between winding, neutral, and hand-setting functions with a simple press of a button located at 4 o'clock. The selected function is displayed by a hand at 5 o'clock. The watch's efficiency is further enhanced by a platinum rotor with the OneWay® winding system and ceramic ball bearings, which ensures efficient barrel winding while maintaining the movement's compact, skeletonized form.
