Its 42.00 mm diameter case, crafted from glass bead-blasted and polished titanium, achieves a height of 14.90 mm. This construction contributes to a water resistance rating of up to 10 bar. A threaded crown further enhances the case's water resistance. The case back is a solid, threaded design, also manufactured from titanium, ensuring structural integrity and contributing to the lightweight characteristic of the timepiece. The exhibition case back displays the in-house movement.

Internally, the watch is powered by the Porsche Design Caliber WERK 04.110, a self-winding movement specifically developed for the Globetimer UTC's functionality. This caliber features a UTC function, enabling the display of a second time zone. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), the movement incorporates 26 jewels to minimize friction and wear. The WERK 04.110 provides a power reserve of 38 hours, facilitated by a PD-Icon rotor. The movement's diameter measures 28.50 mm, with a height of 6.94 mm. A key part of its design allows for the one-hour increment adjustment of local time via pushers, maintaining the minute and second hand precision, coupled with automatic date correction. Furthermore, the movement undergoes rigorous testing by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC), achieving chronometer certification, representing enhanced accuracy. The sapphire crystal shielding the dial integrates a seven-fold anti-reflective coating on both sides, maximizing visibility and minimizing glare. It possesses a hard coating ensuring high scratch resistance.
