The case features a solid case back and a bezel that is set with 46 brilliant-cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.8 carats. The case is further adorned with polished and satin finishes that alternate across its surfaces. The watch is secured to the wrist by a strap crafted from a composite material with a textile motif that is colored purple to complement the dial. A rose gold Nautilus fold-over clasp secures the strap.

The dial of the Nautilus Ref. 7010R is made of lacquer and colored purple. The dial features a wave motif that adds a touch of elegance and whimsy to the timepiece.
