The heart of the watch is the manually wound caliber R TO 27 PS movement. This complex movement is composed of 356 parts, including 12 bridges and 28 jewels. The movement has a power reserve of 40 to 48 hours, meaning that it will continue to run for that amount of time after being fully wound. The movement is regulated by a Gyromax® balance wheel, which vibrates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz). This high frequency helps to ensure the accuracy of the watch.
