The regulator display is a distinct timekeeping complication that separates the hours, minutes, and seconds hands onto subdials. This watch is crafted from 18 rose gold and features a two-tone graphite and ebony black dial with a vertical satin finish. The dial also features white transferred markings and day, date, and month apertures.

The heart of the watch is the self-winding Caliber 31-260 REG QA movement, which was developed specifically for this model. This movement is renowned for its high-tech regulator design, which incorporates a Pulsomax® escapement and a Spiromax® balance spring made from Silinvar®. The Pulsomax® escapement is a patented Patek Philippe design that utilizes level geometry to achieve a stable escapement with low friction. The Spiromax® balance spring is another innovation from Patek Philippe and is made from Silinvar®, a silicon-based material that is resistant to magnetism and temperature variations. These features contribute to the watch's overall accuracy and reliability.

The Caliber 31-260 REG QA movement also boasts an annual calendar complication.
