This movement incorporates 23 jewels and oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour. The Incabloc® anti-shock device ensures robustness, while a single barrel provides a power reserve of 3 days. With a total of 171 components, this movement is a testament to Panerai's commitment to precision engineering.

The PAM01293 features a 40mm polished steel case, a hallmark of the Radiomir Quaranta collection. A polished steel bezel complements the case, offering a seamless aesthetic. The caseback is closed, driven, and made of polished steel, contributing to the watch's 5 bar (approximately 50 meters) water resistance. A blue sun-brushed dial is adorned with luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers, ensuring legibility in low-light conditions.
