DescriptionThe Omega Speedmaster 57 is a modern reinterpretation of the iconic Speedmaster Professional model worn by astronauts during the Apollo missions. The Speedmaster 57 features a 41.5 mm stainless steel case with a polished and brushed finish. The case is topped by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The watch is water resistant to 100 meters, making it suitable for swimming and showering.

The Speedmaster 57 has a black dial with beige transferred hour markers and hands. The hour markers and hands are coated with Super-LumiNova, a luminescent material that glows green in low-light conditions. The dial also features a tachymeter scale, which can be used to measure speed.

The Speedmaster 57 is powered by the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9300, a self-winding chronograph movement that is resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss.
