DescriptionThe Omega Speedmaster 38 Co-Axial Chronometer Chronograph is a wristwatch with a complex blend of materials and functions. The case is crafted from a combination of 18K yellow gold and stainless steel, and it measures 38 millimeters in diameter. The bezel features a tachymeter scale on a green aluminum ring, with a ring of diamonds set around the outside. The dial is silvery opaline with horizontal oval subdials and a vertical oval date window at 6 o'clock. The hands and hour markers are made of 18K yellow gold, with the exception of the central chronograph seconds hand, which is varnished green. The watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet).

The Speedmaster 38 is powered by the Omega Co-Axial Calibre 3330, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of 52 hours. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, which also features a Seahorse medallion. The watch is secured to the wrist with a green alligator leather strap that has a non-grained calf leather underside. The clasp is a foldover clasp made of stainless steel.
