DescriptionThe Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M GMT is a robust and functional wristwatch designed for professional divers and everyday wear. The watch features a 43.5 millimeter diameter case crafted from stainless steel. The caseback is transparent, allowing a view of the Omega Co-Axial Calibre 8605 movement. This automatic movement is resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and boasts a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal features an anti-reflective treatment on both sides for optimal readability in various lighting conditions.

The black lacquered dial features luminous hour markers and hands for low-light visibility. The hour and minute hands are broad and filled with white Super-LumiNova, while the central GMT hand is distinguished by a red arrow-shaped tip. A date window is located at the 3 o'clock position. Uniquely, the bezel is made from black ceramic, a highly scratch-resistant and durable material. The bezel features a diving scale with numerals and markers coated with white luminescent material. The bezel rotates unidirectionally for safety during decompression dives. A helium escape valve located at 10 o'clock position is another feature specifically designed for professional divers. The helium escape valve allows helium gas to escape from beneath the watch crystal during decompression, which can occur during saturation dives. The screw-down crown helps to ensure the water resistance of the timepiece.
