The caseback is transparent, allowing a view of the Omega Co-Axial Calibre 8500 movement within. The caliber 8500 is a self-winding automatic movement that has achieved Master Chronometer certification. To earn this distinction, the movement has undergone rigorous testing by METAS (The Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology) to ensure it delivers superior performance in terms of accuracy, magnetic resistance, water resistance, and power reserve. The caliber 8500 boasts a power reserve of 60 hours and contains a Co-Axial escapement for smooth operation and longevity.

The stainless steel case features a screw-down crown, which helps to ensure the watch’s water resistance up to 600 meters (60 bar). The unidirectional rotating bezel is made from white ceramic and features a diving scale. The bezel’s unidirectional rotation helps to prevent accidental time setting during a dive. The watch dial is white and features bold black hour markers and hands with luminescent coating for readability in low-light conditions. A date window is located at the 3 o’clock position.
