The watch features a 39.5 mm case made of 18K Canopus Gold™, a proprietary alloy of gold that is said to be harder and more scratch-resistant than traditional 18K gold. The caseback of the watch is engraved with a ring that includes all known host cities and dates from Omega's Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028.

The watch has a white enamel dial with a vintage-style Omega logo, minute track, and "Seamaster" wording. The hands and hour markers are made of 18K white gold. The watch is powered by the Omega Calibre 8807, a self-winding movement that is certified as a Master Chronometer by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
