(korpus) or "case" made from stainless steel. The case back features a Central Observatory medallion set in scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The bezel, the ring-shaped component that surrounds the watch crystal, is made of a hard metal called tungsten carbide. The watch has a diameter of 41 millimeters and a lug-to-lug width of 50.1 millimeters. The distance between the lugs is the measurement from one end of the watchband attachment point to the other.
