DescriptionThe Norqain NEVEREST Glacier, reference NN1001SC3CA/GL101, is defined by its robust construction and meticulous engineering. The core of the timepiece is its 40.00mm diameter case, constructed from 316L stainless steel. This surgical-grade steel provides superior corrosion resistance. The case features a thickness of 12.55mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 48.30mm, creating a wearable and substantial presence on the wrist. A screw-down crown, emblazoned with the NORQAIN logo, supports the watch's impressive 200-meter water resistance, offering secure protection against water ingress. On the case's left flank, a 316L stainless steel plate, characteristic of NORQAIN's design, is securely engraved. The watch is capped with a double-domed sapphire crystal, treated with a double anti-reflective coating to ensure maximum legibility under various lighting conditions. This crystal is also highly scratch-resistant. The caseback is open, revealing the watch's inner mechanics, and also made of scratch-proof flat sapphire glass.

Protecting the dial is a unidirectional rotating bezel, constructed from 316L stainless steel and incorporating a grey ceramic ring insert. The bezel is not just for show, but also functions. Its knurled edge delivers excellent grip, for enhanced handling and ease of use underwater or with gloves. The ceramic ring has minute graduations and a Superluminova marker at the 12 o'clock position. Beneath the glass, the "White Glacier" dial exhibits a textured surface meant to evoke the ice crevasses found on Mount Everest. Applied, diamond-cut, and faceted indexes, generously treated with white Superluminova, provide low-light readability. Similarly, the diamond-cut, faceted hour and minute hands incorporate white Superluminova inserts. A central second hand, also diamond-cut but flat in profile, features a red-painted tip filled with Superluminova. Powering the NEVEREST Glacier is the NORQAIN Manufacture Calibre NN20/1, a self-winding mechanical movement produced in collaboration with Kenissi. COSC-certified, it guarantees chronometric performance. The movement uses 27 jewels. A personalized bridge displays NORQAIN's core values. An oscillating weight, also personalized, winds the movement, providing a power reserve of 70 hours. The balance wheel beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). The watch includes an integrated 316L stainless steel bracelet, with a folding clasp featuring an additional security feature.
