DescriptionThe Norqain Freedom 60 GMT, reference NNZ2100ZLG/T215, presents a 40mm case constructed primarily from bronze, with a satin and polished finish applied to the top surfaces. The caseback, however, incorporates stainless steel enhanced with a bronze-colored PVD coating. This design decision optimizes skin contact with stainless steel, minimizing potential reactions to bronze. Dimensions are proportionally balanced: case thickness measures 14.50mm, the lug-to-lug distance extends to 49.30mm, and the space between the lugs is a standard 20.00mm. This specific model is a limited edition, restricted to 300 units globally, a fact engraved on the open caseback along with “LIMITED EDITION ONE OF 300”. The caseback utilizes scratch-resistant sapphire glass, allowing visual access to the movement. Operational integrity is maintained to a depth of 100 meters, aided by a screw-down crown adorned with the NORQAIN logo. The left side of the case includes the characteristic NORQAIN plate, here rendered in engraved, satin-finished bronze. A box-type sapphire crystal, treated with a double anti-reflective coating, safeguards the dial.

Powering the watch is the NORQAIN Manufacture Calibre NN20/2, developed in partnership with Kenissi. This mechanical automatic movement is certified as a chronometer by COSC, demonstrating its adherence to stringent accuracy standards. It offers a practical second-time zone, facilitated by a jumping hour mechanism that enables adjustments to the local time and date both forward and backward. This calibre features 28 rubies within its construction and is customized with NORQAIN-specific elements. The bridge is engraved with the brand's core tenets: "Adventure – Freedom – Independence," while the oscillating weight features personalization unique to NORQAIN. From a performance viewpoint, it boasts a substantial 70-hour power reserve. The balance wheel within the movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, equivalent to 4Hz. The dial of this Freedom 60 GMT is an anthracite color, subtly domed, and displaying a sunray finish. A 24-hour ring, demarcated in midnight black and white, provides the second-time-zone indication. Bronze-colored, sandblasted flat indexes with white printing are punctuated by old radium Super-LumiNova® markers. The hands – hour, minute, and central second – are also sandblasted and bronze-colored, with the hour and minute hands filled with old radium Super-LumiNova® for visibility. The GMT hand is similar, distinguished by a red tip.
