Its case, constructed from 316L stainless steel, measures 43.00mm in diameter and 15.00mm in thickness. The overall lug-to-lug dimension extends to 53.10mm, creating a noticeable presence on the wrist, with a strap width of 20.00mm between the lugs, allowing for secure & custom fitting. The case incorporates a screw-down crown, adorned with the NORQAIN logo, contributing to the watch's 100-meter water resistance. Box type sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating is fitted on the watch face, resistant to scratches. The case back utilizes a flat sapphire crystal that is equally scratch-proof, providing a view of the inner workings. A distinguishing element of the watch is a 316L stainless steel plate, signature to NORQAIN, mounted on the case's left flank.

Powering the Freedom 60 Chrono is the NORQAIN calibre N19, a modified Sellita SW510 a, a mechanical automatic chronograph movement. This 27-jewel movement displays seconds via a centrally mounted hand, while featuring subdials to calculate time. A 30-minute counter resides at the 3 o'clock position, a 12-hour counter is positioned at 6 o'clock, and continuous small seconds are shown at 9 o'clock. The movement drives a date complication that resides within a window set between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. The N19 calibre features an oscillation frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). Stored energy is substantial with a 62-hour power reserve. The oscillating weight is custom-designed, bearing the NORQAIN brand mark. The timepiece possesses a black dial with a white tachymeter scale on the circumference. White subdials contrast the backdrop. Hands and indexes are made from old radium Superluminova.
