DescriptionThe Norqain Adventure Sport Chrono, reference NB1200B21LC/Q126, presents a robust and meticulously engineered design. The timepiece is built around a 44mm case constructed from 316L stainless steel, further enhanced with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, which offers superior scratch resistance and a distinctive aesthetic. Case thickness is measured at 16mm, with a lug-to-lug distance of 52mm, and a lug width of 22mm. This case architecture provides a water resistance rating of 100 meters, suitable for various aquatic activities, but not deep sea diving. The case back is an open design, utilizing a flat, scratch-proof sapphire glass crystal that reveals the movement and is marked with the inscription “LIMITED EDITION ONE of 300”. The operational interface includes a DLC-coated, screw-down crown, embossed with the NORQAIN logo, ensuring security and water resistance. On the left side the watch includes an engraved plate made of 316L stainless steel, also with a DLC coating.

The dial-side of the watch is protected by a double-domed, scratch-proof sapphire crystal that has been treated with a double anti-reflective coating, ensuring optimum legibility under various lighting conditions. The watch features a cerulean blue dial adorned with a distinctive NORQAIN pattern, while legibility is enhanced by diamond-cut, black-plated indexes coated with white X1 Super-LumiNova®. The hands, also diamond-cut and black-plated, are similarly treated with Super-LumiNova®, with the central chronograph seconds hand featuring a red tip for enhanced visibility. Three black sub-dials are located at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, adding to the chronograph functionality. The date aperture is strategically positioned in between the 4 and 5 o'clock markers. A unidirectional rotating bezel, fashioned from DLC-coated 316L stainless steel, features a knurled texture for improved grip and incorporates a click system for precise setting. The internal mechanism, the NORQAIN calibre N19 (based on the SW510 a), is a mechanical automatic chronograph movement. It incorporates 27 rubies and features a personalized NORQAIN oscillating weight. The movement delivers a power reserve of 62 hours, operating with a balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz).
