This case houses the self-winding Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 868, a movement boasting 351 components, 54 jewels, and a power reserve of 70 hours. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz), the Calibre 868 ensures precise timekeeping while driving the watch's intricate complications.

These complications extend far beyond mere timekeeping. The dial, a captivating deep green lacquer with grained texture and polished 4N appliques, serves as a canvas for a perpetual calendar display.
