Crafted with a robust Ceratanium® case, this watch strikes a perfect balance between durability and luxury. The case, measuring a commanding 49.0 mm in diameter and 19.4 mm in height, is complemented by a screw-in crown and a see-through sapphire glass back. This unique material, exclusive to IWC, combines the lightness and resilience of titanium with the scratch-resistant properties of ceramic, resulting in a timepiece that is both visually stunning and exceptionally hardy. The black dial, enhanced with luminescence, ensures time is easily readable in any condition, while the black rubber strap, equipped with the IWC-patented quick-change system, adds comfort and convenience.

At its core, the watch is driven by the IWC-manufactured 89802 Calibre, an automatic, self-winding movement that exemplifies the brand's commitment to precision engineering. With a power reserve of 68 hours and a frequency of 28,800 VPH (4 Hz), this movement is a marvel, comprising 474 components and 51 jewels. The watch's standout feature is its perpetual calendar with large double-digit displays for the date and month, as well as a leap year display. This sophisticated mechanism automatically adjusts for varying month lengths and leap years, ensuring accuracy without the need for manual correction. Additionally, the watch is equipped with a mechanical external/internal rotating bezel with the SafeDive system, enhancing its functionality for divers.
