The watch is powered by the in-house Calibre 66-13, a manual winding movement operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, equivalent to 4 Hz, and providing a power reserve of 41 hours. This movement features a Glashütte three-quarter plate, with hand-engraved plates and bridges galvanized in gold. The movement showcases a striking dragon motif on both the front and back, adding a unique artistic element. Additional features include a duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, beveled and polished edges, polished steel parts, blued screws, and screw-mounted gold chatons, along with one screw-mounted white gold chaton. The dial, finished in a silver-grainé varnish, is adorned with a laser-engraved and galvanized black logo and minute ring, along with applied indexes crafted from solid gold.

The PanoInverse Red Gold boasts a water resistance of 5 bar. This timepiece is paired with a blue Louisiana Alligator leather strap, which measures 75 x 115 mm and features a 21 mm end link width, secured by a fold fastener. With a limitation of only 25 pieces and designated as a special model for China, this watch is available exclusively in limited quantities at Glashütte Original's corporate boutiques.
