The case is adorned with a crown that features a brilliant-cut diamond, approximately 0.1 carats with a clarity rating of TW vvs, adding a refined aesthetic quality to the functional element. The dial is composed of white mother-of-pearl, providing an iridescent backdrop for the rhodium-plated applied Roman numerals and eight applied rose sapphire hearts, each heart contributing to a total of approximately 0.20 carats.
