Its case, constructed from recycled stainless steel, measures 40mm in diameter and exhibits a streamlined profile with a height of 12mm. The overall lug-to-lug dimension is a compact 43mm, ensuring comfortable wearability on a variety of wrist sizes. The case architecture integrates a screw-down crown, fortified with a triple gasket system. This, combined with performance FKM gaskets throughout the construction, contributes to an impressive water resistance rating of 300 meters (1000 feet, 30 atmospheres). The watch head, excluding the bracelet, weighs 76 grams. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal, treated on both sides with an anti-reflective coating, optimizing legibility under various lighting conditions. A unidirectional Gear Bezel®, also crafted from recycled stainless steel, encircles the crystal, providing a functional element for elapsed time measurement. The case back is fashioned from stainless steel and is detailed with ultra-engraving.

Powering the Marinemaster M-40 is the UW-30, designated as an "Automatic Performance Calibre." This movement provides the essential timekeeping functions, including hours, minutes, and central seconds, along with a date complication. The UW-30 automatic caliber delivers a power reserve of 38 hours when fully wound. The movement's regulation meets chronometer specifications. The dial is finished in a "Snow White" color and features a textured "Fortis O-pattern". Applied hour markers, filled with Superluminova®X1, offer superior low-light visibility, emitting a blue glow. Matching the dial, the hour and minute hands are metallic and treated with Superluminova®X1. The sweep second hand is also metallic but is made highly readable with a distinct Superluminova®X1 "Bull's Eye" at its tip. The accompanying "Block Bracelet" is constructed from recycled stainless steel, mirroring the case material. It secures to the watch head via a robust screw pin system. Closure is achieved through a stainless steel slide clasp, incorporating an integrated micro-adjustment system, enabling precise and convenient fitting.
