This case exhibits a lug-to-lug measurement of 43mm, contributing to its comfortable wearability on a variety of wrist sizes. Case height is precisely engineered to 12mm. The watch head itself, absent of any strap or bracelet, has a weight of 76 grams. Water resistance is a substantial 300 meters (1000 feet, 30 atmospheres), ensured by a screw-down crown featuring a triple gasket system. This crown design, combined with performance FKM gaskets, guarantees superior sealing against water ingress, meeting rigorous professional diving standards. The integrity of the case is further enhanced by a solid stainless steel case back, adorned with ultra-engraving. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal, treated on both sides with an anti-reflective coating. This coating minimizes glare and maximizes legibility under diverse lighting conditions, including the bright sunlight often encountered during surface water activities.

The dial, presenting a vibrant "Blue Japan" hue, features a distinctive Fortis O-pattern. Applied indices, generously filled with Superluminova®X1, ensure outstanding low-light visibility. This specific formulation of Superluminova® emits a blue glow, contributing to the watch's aesthetic coherence. Time indication is facilitated by a metallic hour hand, also treated with Superluminova®X1, and a contrasting red minute hand, equally luminescent. The sweep second hand, also metallic, includes a red "Bull's Eye" detail, incorporating Superluminova®X1 for enhanced visibility. The movement powering the Marinemaster M-40 is the automatic performance Calibre UW-30. It has the added complication of a date function. Fully wound, this calibre offers a power reserve of 38 hours. The movement is built for chronometer regulated precision. The timepiece is equipped with a block bracelet, manufactured from recycled stainless steel, mirroring the case material. Secure closure is achieved via a stainless steel slide clasp, designed with an integrated micro-adjustment system. This allows for fine-tuning of the bracelet length, ensuring a comfortable and precise fit. In addition to the stainless steel bracelet, the watch package includes a supplementary "Horizon Strap," equipped with a standard pin buckle.
