DescriptionThe Fortis Flieger F-39, reference F4220015, represents a meticulously engineered timepiece constructed with a focus on durability and precision. Its case, measuring 39mm in diameter and crafted from recycled stainless steel, exhibits a robust build quality. The case's height is specified at 12.5mm, while the lug-to-lug distance extends to 50mm. A screw-down crown, integrated with a triple gasket system, contributes to the watch's substantial water resistance rating of 200 meters (600 feet, 20 atm). Performance FKM gaskets are incorporated to further enhance sealing and resistance to environmental factors. The watch head itself has a weight of 79 grams. A sapphire crystal, treated with an anti-reflective coating on both the interior and exterior surfaces, protects the dial.

The dial of the F4220015 features a vertically brushed black finish. It's framed by an applied, circular brushed "Brixtrack®". Key dial elements, including the white "Brix" markers and the "Synchroline®", are composed of Superluminova®X1, a material known for its intense green glow in low-light conditions. The hour and minute hands exhibit a metallic finish and are also treated with Superluminova®X1. The sweep second hand mirrors this material construction.
