The watch has a 42mm CUSN6 bronze case, which is a type of bronze that is known for its corrosion resistance and anti-magnetic properties. The case is also treated with a special coating that helps to protect it from the elements. The blue sand-textured dial is easy to read, even in low-light conditions, thanks to the generous use of Super-LumiNova C3 lume. The lume is applied to the hands, indexes, and even the dot on the minute track. The unidirectional rotating bezel is also coated with Super-LumiNova C3 lume, making it easy to track your dive time.

The Cayman Bronze is powered by a Swiss-made SW200-1 automatic movement that has been customized by Delma. The movement has a 38-hour power reserve and is visible through the exhibition case back.
