The watch boasts a 42mm stainless steel case equipped with a screw-down crown and a transparent case back, offering a glimpse of the automatic movement within. Its bezel is crafted from black anodized aluminum and features a unidirectional design, ensuring it rotates in only one direction to prevent accidental time adjustments during dives. The watch possesses an impressive water resistance of 500 meters, ideal for recreational diving activities.

At its heart, the Cayman Automatic is powered by the SW200-1, a self-winding mechanical movement renowned for its reliability and precision. The movement offers a power reserve of 38 hours, ensuring the watch maintains accurate timekeeping even if unworn for a few days.
