Its structural foundation is a solid 17-piece case fabricated from Titanium Grade 5, selected for its favorable strength-to-weight ratio and hypoallergenic properties. This titanium structure undergoes a blue Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) coating process, imparting a distinct and durable coloration. Surface finishing involves both grinding and polishing techniques applied across the case components. The bezel, also polished, features partial knurling for tactile interaction and aesthetic contrast. Protecting the dial is a curved sapphire crystal, treated with a double anti-reflective coating to maximize legibility under various lighting conditions. The case back is secured via a screw-down mechanism, ensuring structural integrity and contributing to the specified water resistance; it incorporates a satin finish and a sapphire crystal insert, permitting visual inspection of the internal movement. An onion-style crown facilitates time-setting and winding operations. Water resistance is rated at 10 bar, equivalent to a static depth of 100 meters.
