The watch is water resistant to 300 meters (30 ATM) and is powered by a Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement. The Sellita SW200-1 is a 26-jewel movement with a 38-hour power reserve and a beat rate of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour). The movement is also equipped with an incabloc shock absorption system.

The Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 300 features a unidirectional rotating bezel with a blue ceramic insert. The bezel has a graduated scale with markings for up to 60 minutes. The bezel can be rotated counter-clockwise to time elapsed underwater. The watch also features a screw-down crown at 3 o'clock that is used to adjust the time and date.
