The hands and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 BL C1, which makes them glow in the dark. The watch is powered by a Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, which has a 38-hour power reserve and a date complication. The watch is water resistant to 300 meters, making it suitable for swimming and diving.

The unidirectional bezel of the Christopher Ward C60 Atoll 300 is made from stainless steel and has a sandblasted finish.
