DescriptionThe Chopard Happy Sport Oval, reference 278602-6003, is a luxury women's watch crafted from a combination of 18k rose gold and Lucent Steel™, Chopard's proprietary stainless steel alloy. The oval-shaped case measures 29 mm in width and 31 mm in length, with a thickness of 10.77 mm. Protecting the dial is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a glare-proof coating, ensuring clarity and durability. A sapphire crystal case-back offers a view of the intricate movement within. The watch is water-resistant up to 30 meters, suitable for everyday wear but not for swimming or submersion.

At the heart of the Happy Sport Oval beats the Chopard 09.01-C, a self-winding mechanical movement specifically designed for women's watches. This movement boasts a power reserve of approximately 42 hours and operates at a frequency of 3.5 Hz (25,200 vibrations per hour). The movement is meticulously finished with Côtes de Genève decoration on the bridges and circular graining on the mainplate. It comprises 148 parts, including 27 jewels, and features a flat balance spring and a balance wheel with three spokes. The movement's dimensions are Ø 20.40 mm in diameter and 3.65 mm in thickness. The dial is silver-colored with a guilloché center, providing a textured backdrop for the rose gold Roman numeral hour markers. Seven free-floating diamonds dance between two sapphire crystals above the dial, a signature element of the Happy Sport collection. The watch is secured with a glossy blue alligator leather strap and a stainless steel pin buckle. The bezel is adorned with 1.42 carats of white diamonds, adding a touch of sparkle.
