It is powered by the Breitling B15 Manufacture caliber, a hand-wound mechanical movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. This intricate movement, comprised of 27 jewels, oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, enabling precise timekeeping and chronograph functions with 1/4th of a second accuracy. The chronograph mechanism allows for the measurement of two elapsed times simultaneously through the use of two central chronograph hands.

Encasing this sophisticated movement is a 42mm diameter case crafted from 18k red gold. The case measures 15.35mm in thickness and has a lug-to-lug height of 50.03mm.
