It houses the Breitling B19, a self-winding mechanical movement, marking the brand's first in-house perpetual calendar chronograph. This intricate mechanism, comprised of 39 jewels, oscillates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and boasts a power reserve of approximately 96 hours. The chronograph functionality allows for precise timekeeping with 1/4 second and 30-minute counters. The watch's perpetual calendar accurately displays the date, day, month, and moon phase, requiring no manual adjustment for leap years or varying month lengths.

Encased in 18k red gold, the watch features a 43 mm diameter case with a thickness of 15.62 mm. The caseback is secured with screws and fitted with a sapphire crystal for viewing the movement. A bidirectional bezel with a slide rule function adds to the watch's navigational capabilities. The cambered sapphire crystal is glareproofed on both sides for optimal readability. With a water resistance of 3 bars, the watch is suitable for everyday wear but not for water-based activities.
