Its profile measures 13.69mm thick, and a lug-to-lug height of 49.07mm. The watch is equipped with a bidirectional slide rule bezel, a key feature of the Navitimer line, enabling complex mathematical calculations. A cambered sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial. The watch offers water resistance up to 3 bar, suitable for everyday use but not prolonged submersion.

Powering the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 is the Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01, a self-winding mechanical movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. This high-frequency movement, vibrating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensures accurate timekeeping.
