It is powered by the Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01, a self-winding mechanical movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. This COSC-certified chronometer vibrates at 28,800 v.p.h and features 47 jewels. The chronograph mechanism provides 1/4th second, 30-minute, and 12-hour totalizers, enabling accurate timekeeping over short and extended periods.

Encased in robust stainless steel, the watch features a 42mm diameter case with a thickness of 15.10mm, contributing to a total weight of 198g (including the bracelet). The watch head itself weighs 105.5g. A unidirectional ratcheted bezel allows for elapsed time measurement, while a screw-locked crown with two gaskets ensures water resistance to a depth of 200 meters (660 feet). The dial is protected by a cambered sapphire crystal with glareproofing on both sides, enhancing legibility in various lighting conditions. The caseback is also crafted from sapphire crystal, providing a view of the intricate movement within.
