Its lightweight yet robust 44mm ceramic case measures 15.20mm thick and features a glare-proofed, cambered sapphire crystal. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 300 meters (1,000 feet) due to its screw-locked crown with two gaskets and a screw-down caseback. The unidirectional ratcheted bezel ensures precise measurements, even with gloves.

Powering this timepiece is the Breitling 01 Manufacture movement, a self-winding mechanical caliber with a 70-hour power reserve. This COSC-certified chronometer vibrates at 28,800 v.p.h and incorporates 45 jewels. The chronograph function offers 1/4th second, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters, readable via the dial aperture calendar. The watch-head weighs approximately 91.0g, with a total weight of 107.7g including the anthracite calfskin leather strap.
