DescriptionThe Bell & Ross BR-X1 Tourbillon Instrument de Marine is a limited edition timepiece, restricted to a mere 20 pieces worldwide. This exclusive wristwatch boasts a 45mm case crafted from a combination of 18k rose gold and precious wood, lending it both an air of luxury and a distinct nautical aesthetic. At its heart beats the BR-CAL.283, a hand-wound movement featuring a flying tourbillon and a mono-pusher column wheel chronograph. This intricate mechanism comprises 282 components and 35 jewels, oscillating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. The watch offers a power reserve of 4 days, ensuring uninterrupted performance. Functionality extends beyond basic timekeeping with the inclusion of a 30-minute timer at 11 o'clock, a 60-second chronograph timer at 1 o'clock, and a power reserve indicator positioned at 9 o'clock. The flying tourbillon, a testament to horological mastery, is prominently showcased at the 6 o'clock position.

The dial, formed from grey-tinted sapphire crystal, provides a captivating view of the movement's inner workings. Gilt appliqué indices with Super-LumiNova® inserts ensure legibility in low-light conditions, complemented by similarly lumed skeletonized hour and minute hands. Protecting the dial is an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The case back, also crafted from sapphire with an anti-reflective coating, allows for observation of the intricate movement within. Water resistance is guaranteed up to a depth of 100 meters, making this timepiece suitable for aquatic activities. A brown alligator skin strap with an 18k rose gold pin buckle completes the ensemble.
