The movement has a power reserve of 42 hours and is equipped with 14 micro gas tubes for night reading capability. The watch is also shock resistant to 5,000 Gs and is water resistant to 30 meters.

The case of the Trainmaster Standard Time is made of stainless steel and is 40 mm in diameter. The caseback is made of sapphire crystal, which allows you to view the movement. The watch has a white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and hands. The hands and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova® for added visibility in low light conditions.
