The watch features a 41mm stainless steel case with a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet). The unidirectional rotating bezel is equipped with an aluminum plate that is illuminated with Super LumiNova, making it easy to read in low-light conditions. The bezel can be used to track tides and moon phases, making it an essential tool for any sailor or diver.

The dial of the Roadmaster Ocean Explorer is green and features 29 micro gas tubes that provide illumination for up to 30 years without the need for external power. The hands and hour markers are also coated with Super LumiNova for added visibility. The watch is powered by the automatic caliber BALL RR1803-C movement, which is chronometer-certified by the COSC.
