It boasts a robust 904L stainless steel case, measuring 40mm in diameter and 12.05mm in height. The 904L stainless steel is known for its exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal material for a watch that is meant to withstand the elements. The case is further protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that is treated with an anti-reflective coating for improved clarity.

The watch is powered by a BALL Manufacture caliber RRM7309-C automatic movement. This movement is chronometer-certified by the COSC, meaning that it meets the Swiss Institute for Chronometer Testing's stringent standards for accuracy and precision. The RRM7309-C has a power reserve of 80 hours and beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The NM9032C-S4CJ-IBE features a blue dial with luminous accents. The hour, minute, and second hands are all coated with tritium gas tubes, which emit a continuous green glow for up to 25 years without the need for external light sources. The dial also features 28 micro gas tubes, which provide illumination for the hour markers and date display. The date display is located at the 3 o'clock position and is magnified for easy reading.

The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet), making it suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
