It features a COSC-certified chronometer movement,a unidirectional rotating sapphire bezel with micro gas tubes for night reading capability, and is water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The watch also has a shock resistance of 5,000Gs and is anti-magnetic to 1,000 Gauss (80,000A/m).

The watch is powered by the Ball RR1205-C automatic caliber movement, which is based on the ETA 2836-2. The movement has a power reserve of 42 hours and is chronometer-certified by the COSC, which means it meets the Swiss standards for accuracy and precision.
